After several days filled with lectures, I took a little break on this fourth of six sea days.
A highlight of the day for me was the Paella Station on the Aquavit Terrace for lunch. I was introduced to great paella when I lived in Miami, and today’s seafood version was just as good as the ones I remember.

Early in the cruise, Tim had tried acupuncture to relieve pain in his hips. The treatment worked very well, and I decided to make an appointment for myself today. I have a slight tremor in my right hand and wanted to see if acupuncture might alleviate some of the symptoms. It was an interesting experience and not painful at all. The hardest thing for me was to lie still and try to relax for about 45 minutes. I have another session in two days, and I’m anxious to see if it helps.
